A Lutheran education empowers young people to be bold, confident Christian leaders by encouraging each to identify and develop those unique gifts with which God has blessed them.
Qualified, caring teachers nurture critical thinking skills enabling kids to become independent thinkers, positive role models, and effective servant leaders in their church and community. By emphasizing spiritual growth and academic excellence a Lutheran education develops strong Christian character and spiritual maturity that prepares today’s youth for tomorrow’s world and eternity.
We are proud to be a member of the Luther High School Association, a group of 29 WELS churches that support Lutheran high school education. Located in Onalaska, WI, Luther High School provides a Christ-centered education that encourages and equips students for life and for eternity. Bus services allow students from the Fountain City area to attend. Luther High School opened in 1957. We pray that God would continue to bless the work there.
Buffalo Lutheran School Association: The purpose of the Buffalo Lutheran School Association is to support families who want to send their children to a WELS elementary school. This tuition assistance is available to members of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, Christ Lutheran Church, and Dr. Martin Luther Church.
