Registration Form

Please fill out this form to register your children (Ages 2-12) for our One-day VBS on Saturday, August 8, 2026. (For 2 and 3-year-olds, it is preferable for a parent to remain with the child.) Snacks and lunch will be provided for all present. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available. Please indicate on the form if your child has other food allergies or special needs. Registration will be permitted on the day of, but is requested before July 19 to ensure adequate supplies for everyone.

A special church service will be held in the Fountain City Park pavilion on Sunday, August 9 at 9:30. All the children and their families are welcome to come to this service. The children will sing a song they learned during Bible school. A potluck lunch will follow, and all are welcome to attend!
